We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is ideal, as it is centrally located and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. We were able to explore the city on foot and also easily access other areas using the nearby subte station. Additionally, there were numerous restaurants in the vicinity, allowing us to indulge in delicious cuisines.
The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The room, although a bit dated, was very clean and well-maintained.

Some staff members were very friendly, they did not charge me extra for early arrival, which I appreciated a lot since I cam early after the whole night flights.
I didn´t like the last morning behavior of the person who was at the reception. The hotel ordered a taxi to the airport for me, which was late 5, 10, 15 and even 30 mins. For all this time the receptionist behaved as if that´s not his problem and he can´t do anything about it. When I asked him to try another company, he said I should do it myself. Finally when the car arrived (no taxi sign on the car), the driver told the the hotel didn´t confirm the order and I was basically lucky he was around at the time. The receptionist didn´t say good bye when I was leaving. Finally, the hotel told me the ride would be 180 pesos, yet the driver charged 200.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square downtown, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the hotel is situated in the center of the city, so it is easy to reach various tourist destinations. If you are a nature lover, the hotel allows for quick access to the national park in El Calafate.
The gym equipment was not fully functional and the breakfast quality did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

Very nice entrance and lobby area.
They accused myself and several other colleagues of having ordered room service or consumed products from their bar. This is simply not true and very unsettling.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of all the attractions. I could easily walk to all the tourist spots or take the nearby metro. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from printing my boarding passes to arranging airport transportation. I also appreciated the breakfast options, with a variety of fresh fruits, cold meats, cereals, and scrambled eggs. the service was top-notch and the hotel had all the amenities I could ask for, making my stay extremely comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location alone makes it worth it, not to mention the exceptional service and comfortable rooms.

Spent the Xmas holiday here and had an amazing time! The location is perfect- right in the heart of the city and close to all the popular attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with a mini fridge and a safe. The best part was the breakfast buffet- it included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great tips for exploring the city.
The downside was the noise level- being located in a busy area, the street noise was consistent throughout the night. the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talking at times.

Despite the negative aspects, the hotel had a very central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. there was one friendly and helpful staff member at the front desk who provided assistance.
The rooms were incredibly noisy, with paper-thin walls that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel itself was old and falling apart, with broken toilet seats, lamps, and electric sockets.
